With over 20 years of experience in the auto body repair industry, I have dedicated my career to mastering the skills necessary to provide expert repairs on all makes and models. Since founding Quality One Dent Inc. in 1997, my focus has been on delivering affordable, high-quality auto body and paint services while also sharing my expertise by training the next generation of technicians in auto hail repair and bodywork.

As our parts specialist, she goes above and beyond to source the best-priced OEM or aftermarket parts, ensuring they're received promptly and accurately. Beyond her role in procurement, Rita serves as the friendly face of our company, handling phone calls, customer updates and delivering exceptional customer care with every interaction. Vanessa "Ness" Isabelle
Ness brings creativity and precision to our team as both a skilled custom vinyl wrapper and our go-to social media photographer. With a deep passion for race cars and motorcycles, she combines artistry with technical expertise to deliver stunning results—whether wrapping a vehicle with a bold new look or capturing the perfect shot behind the lens. Outside of the shop, Ness channels her love for motorsports into her side hustle: providing racers with custom photos and motorcycles during races. Her eye for detail and knack for catching high-speed action make her a favorite among the racing community.
