We strive to offer the best customer service we can and make your experience as "Hassle-Free" as possible. There are several ways we do that:

1. We file your claim for you and manage it from beginning to end.
2. We arrange for a rental vehicle directly from to your insurance adjuster. 
3. You will be given an expected completion date when you drop off your car. If there are any delays, we will personally call you within 24 hours. Delays may be common at other shops, but not here!
4. Regardless if you have an exsisting estimate, we always re-estimate every car to ensure there are no discrepancies in the cost to repair. If a supplement is needed, we file directly with the insurance company but also will comminicate that with you as well.
5. We meet with insurance aguster to go over the car together. This is to ensure your best interests are being conveyed and your car gets the repairs it needs.
6. We perform all repairs "in-house" to maintain quality control and to ensure your vehicle is kept safe, indoors. Most companies do not offer indoor parking.
7. You will receive automatic text updates as to the stage of repair your car is in so you never have to wonder what the status is.
